For the acoustic drum kits, they used drum modeling software and a mass amount of effect plugins.ĭrum8 is available as a VST/VST3 plugin for Windows and VST/VST3/AU plugin for macOS. Most of them were made with 2 hardware analog drum machines ran through Radial JDI direct box, Warm Audio ToneBeast Black, and Antelope Audio Discrete 4 Synergy Core audio interface. The samples are conveniently mapped from C1 to G1.Īs mentioned above, all the samples were designed by our friends at Cool WAV. The plugin sports a compact and easy-to-use interface with global controls (gain, lowpass filter, room reverb), individual controls per sample (volume, attack, pan, tune & stereo channel output), and an 8-pad configuration.
